Congratulations to the Class of 2024 on your achievements and the bright future ahead!

The Higher Education Department held its 21st Commencement Exercises on June 1, 2024, at the Sorsogon Cultural Center for the Arts in Sorsogon City. This year’s event had the theme “TLC Graduates: Empowered to Exemplify Professionalism and Versatility in an Era of Connectivity.”

A total of 254 graduates from the Colleges of Teacher Education, Business Education, and Computer Studies successfully earned their bachelor’s degrees for the Academic Year 2023-2024.

Our esteemed commencement speaker, Honorable Senator Risa Hontiveros, graced the event with her presence and delivered an inspiring speech. She emphasized three crucial points: the importance of embracing change with curiosity and courage, the power of choosing words wisely, and the noble spirit of service to the Filipino people.
