    Cashier (full-time) Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Associate degree with relevant experience may be considered).
    • At least 1 year of cashiering, bookkeeping, or accounting-related experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of POS or accounting software is an advantage.
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
    • High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and accountability in handling financial transactions.
    AR Associate (full-time) Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Bookkeeping experience is an advantage, particularly in journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or accounting functions (experience in educational institutions is an advantage).
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and receivable processes.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
    Administrative Assistant – Registrar (full-time) Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
    • At least 1–2 years of experience in registrar operations, academic administration, or related office functions.
    • Familiarity with DepEd and CHED forms, policies, and reporting procedures.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with the student information system (LIS) is an advantage.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
    HR and Admin Specialist (full-time) Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
    • At least 2–3 years of solid HR experience (with exposure to admin functions preferred)
    • Knowledgeable in compensation and benefits, government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, BIR)
    • Familiar with labor laws, DOLE compliance, and HR best practices
    • Proficient in HRIS, Google Workspace, and MS Offices
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
    • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
    Maintenance Staff (full-time) Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or vocational course in building maintenance, electrical, or related field preferred.
    • High school diploma or vocational course in building maintenance, electrical, or related field preferred.
    • Basic knowledge of cleaning practices, safety protocols, and minor repair techniques.
    • Physically fit to perform manual tasks and operate cleaning/maintenance equipment.
    • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
    College Instructor (Mathematics) (full-time) Qualifications:
    • Graduate of BS Mathematics, Math Education, or related field (Master's units/degree preferred).
    • With teaching experience in College Algebra, Geometry, Investment Math, and related subjects.
    • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
    • Proficient in using instructional technologies..
